Is this a question you have been wondering about but don’t know why?
-
Insurance Companies pay electronic claims before they pay paper claims.
If this isn’t reason enough to submit your dental claims electronically:
-
Electronic Claim processing saves money, saves time, and improves cash flow.
Have you ever had a claim rejected because of an error, but found this out weeks
after it was submitted?
-
Multiple handling of claim information leads to greater errors and slower
reimbursement for the dentist.
It is too expensive too submit claims electronically:
-
Dentists today spend $2.00 to $5.00 to handle each paper insurance claim.
It costs to much to get started doing electronic claims:
-
WebClaim has no start-up fee and each claim ranges from only $.30 to $.50.
I need to purchase expensive equipment to process claims electronically:
-
No equipment purchase is necessary.
If you are still reading to this point, we have one question for you:
-
How can you afford not to do electronic claims?
Save time and money – With WebClaim™ you have the time and resources to
focus on your practice. Did you know that our service costs about the same as
the stamp and envelope you’re using now? Electronic claims processing is much
more efficient than paper claims, saving you both time and money.
Higher staff productivity – You will free up your staff’s time to do
more important tasks, not the tasks a computer can complete for you. As you
spend less time processing claims you will notice improvements in receivables
and collections, less paper tracking, less file storage, fewer follow-up calls
and better customer service.
Fewer rejected claims – Reduce your rejected claims from the national
average of 25% or more on paper claims down to 1 or 2% electronically! Your
claims are processed in a standardized manner, and prescreened with WebClaim™
"smart edits" to confirm accuracy. This assures that you receive the payments
you are expecting in a timely manner.
No more lost claims - Using WebClaim™ is like sending every claim via
certified mail! Don’t just hope that the post office gets your claims
delivered. You’ll know for sure that it has been received instantly. You can
even track a claim electronically!
Improved cash flow - Electronic claims are processed up to 50% faster
than paper claims, meaning that you get your money weeks faster than you do
now. Also, with the WebClaim™ prescreening process, you will be able to correct
errors that could otherwise delay your claims.
The Bottom Line - While many companies are just now jumping on the
electronic claim bandwagon, EDI-Health Group and its partners have pioneered
and shaped the industry since 1989. When selecting an electronic claims
partner, choose a company whose sole goal is assuring your satisfaction with
electronic dental claims.

"Using WebClaim for all our insurance needs is one of the best
decisions we have made. In an instant our claims are sent, tracking reports can
be accessed, benefits can be verified and the turn around for payment is
immediate. We no longer have claims outstanding for long periods of time. This
site is very easy to access and has all the information needed for our billing
office to run smoothly and efficiently. We cannot imagine life without it."

"I would like to highly recommend WebClaim for processing claims
electronically. We have been with this company for approximately 4 months and
have been very pleased. I have been an office manager in the field of Oral and
Maxillofacial Surgery for 14 years and had been constantly frustrated with
filing of insurance claims in the past. The obvious problems included the
following:
-
They say "never received" usually 4-6 weeks later.
-
Mistakes with social security numbers and informing us of the error 3 to 4
weeks later.
-
Mistakes with who is covered, who is primary, etc?
-
Changes procedure codes in error!
-
The average insurance company takes six weeks or more to pay on a claim.
-
Requiring x-rays with almost all oral surgery procedures.
With WebClaim you are informed within 24 to 48 hours of any problems or errors.
This can be corrected in a timely and efficient manner allowing payment in 10
to 14 days.
The technical support is excellent, explaining everything, even if you are not
highly trained in computer lingo. Eliminating the paper trail and stamps is
also cost effective. However, I have found, the most valuable benefit is the
almost instant response with regards to: is the claim accepted, rejected or has
errors."

"I just love using the Internet to send claims! It is so much faster since I do
not have to print the reports while I am sending the claims. I definitely
prefer the WebClaim Upload compared to the old way I used to send claims using
a different Clearinghouse."

electronic claims (most Blue Cross/Shield and State Medicaid Plans). If your
office intends to send claims electronically with any of these payers, call us
so we can fax you a
Provider Enrollment Form.
Of course, the WebClaim web site is always secure and virus free.
